This decal is precision die cut (there is no background) from premium grade, 5-7 year outdoor vinyl with self adhesive backing and is ready to dress up your car window, car, truck, motorcycle, boat, snowboard, skateboard, surfboard, notebook, computer case, mirror or any clean smooth surface you might want to decorate. Let your imagination have fun! Full instructions for applying your new decal are included. It is fast, simple and requires no special tools. By default all decals are cut for and should be placed on the outside. Note that some of the vinyls are not the same on the adhesive side as they are on the pretty front side, therefore will not look the same if applied inside facing out. ShadowMajik does not recommend inside facing out application, especially on vehicle windows and will not be responsible for any damage or problems caused by inside facing out applications.

The track and field event known as athletics is a combination of many sports such as running, jumping, and throwing. Each track and field game has its own rules set by IAAF and the contestants and even the organizers have to follow them strictly. The general rules about track and field states that each contestant is allowed to participate in three events including relays. In running event, the runner is allowed one false start and is disqualified second time. Well, the different games have different rules and as a participant and host nation you need to follow them according to IAAF rules.

The general rules about track and field from organizer point of view state that the stadium must be well equipped with spectator seating arrangements. The track surface provided to contestants must be covered with all weather material such as asphalt or a rubber compound and the inner circle must be covered with plenty of grass. The track must be divided into at least 8 lanes. The timing and measurements are vital in track and field. In some close events, the difference of fraction of a second can decide the winner. Hence, as an official you must ensure and use latest equipments to avoid confusion. Various advanced software have been introduced for perfect accuracy.

The first thing you need to do as a participant is to confirm your identity regarding age, sex, country, etc. Also, you need to wear a uniform that is designed by your country. The spiked shoes you are using must be tested and if possible, you can wear a number pinned uniform. This allows your fans and officials to identify you. In any situation, you have no right to argue with the judge or officials. Their decision will be the final word.

In track and field game, the lane discipline is important. You are not allowed to run off track and you may get disqualified for running off-track. In relay racing, the baton must be passed within the 20-m long exchange zone or else your team will be disqualified. In hurdling events you will not be qualified if you go around the hurdle and purposely knock down one hurdle. The general rules about track and field clearly states that you need to run over the hurdle. In the past, many professional athletes were disqualified for breaking this rule.

In high jump and pole vault, your ability to clear a bar at various heights is crucial. The bar for pole vault is at higher height than in high jump. The new rule allows you to use fiberglass poles instead of bamboo or metal. In both games, you are allowed three fouls and will be disqualified if you are unable to clear bar on third attempt. The general rules about track and field event such as long jump and triple jump states that you are not allowed to jump the farthest horizontal distance by stepping beyond or ahead of take-off board. The same rule applies to discus throw, hammer throw, and javelin throws. Whereas in shot put, the rule states that you need to throw the metal ball with single hand without stepping out of marked circle.

Well, these are the general rules about track and field events. The best way to follow these rules is to practice hard in your training sessions. A foul means you are out of tournament and who knows you may have missed one prestigious medal for your country!
